Faith Bible Women Connection Groups
Prayer Group meets each month to pray for all aspects of Faith Bible Women and is led by our current Prayer Director, Jane Baugh. We cover all types of prayers – from personal needs to those of our church as a whole. This is open to any woman who has a heart to pray with and for others. We meet the first Tuesday of each month in Room 165 at 11:30 a.m. after Bible study, or 10:30 a.m. when there is no Bible study.

Sewing Seeds is a group of women meeting to minister to each other and share in serving the Lord with our sewing projects in support of Faith Bible Church’s ministries.
Some of our projects include making and sending children’s T-Shirt dresses, shorts, skirts and tops to Guatemala, Dominican Republic and the Republic of Georgia; Bible book bags, book markers, necklaces and key chains for the YMCA After School Ministry; aprons for the Apples of Gold participants; plus more in the works.
Meetings are weekly from 10 am -1 pm on Wednesdays.

Mom & Me
Mom & Me is a group of moms (and kids) that fellowship together with a common goal of passionately raising disciples of Christ (no matter what age) with the purpose of encouraging each other to savor our “now” life always no matter how crazy “now” is!
Contact person: Mikey Johnson email@example.com
RSVPs to Mikey are appreciated so that we have an idea of the number of people we are expecting to attend each event. Please provide your contact information in case of last minute changes.
Upcoming events are:

Apples of Gold
“A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver” (Proverbs 25:11, ESV)
Apples of Gold brings together the generations in a program led by older women where younger women are taught, served, encouraged, mentored and loved in ways that will enrich their spiritual and personal lives, the lives of their family and the lives of those around them. Six evening sessions incorporate studies in Titus 2:3-5 with practical applications of hospitality, cooking, and shared meals.
“Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live…to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children…so that no one will malign the word of God.” -Titus 2:3-5
The Fall group begins soon and more groups will be formed for the Spring, so please contact Anne Addcox (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information.
Mentoring“So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalm 90:12
Mentoring is about sharing life with someone older or younger than yourself. Age differences can enrich a relationship. God’s grace will bridge the generation gap. Purposeful proximity is being intentional and present. Let’s live and learn together. For information about opportunities in our mentoring program contact Mandy Kelly at email@example.com.
